  • I have completed my course and haven't received my certificate yet. What should I do?
    Certificates are dispatched automatically upon course completion. If you haven't received yours, it might have been directed to your spam or junk mail. Alternatively, there might have been an error in the email address provided during registration. Please contact us for assistance in such cases.
  • Is there a membership plan?
    Yes, we offer membership plans which allow you to access courses at reduced prices. Please refer to our membership page for details. If you're a member of UKDC, note that some memberships also cover the YourOnlineCPD. Contact us if you have further queries.
  • Can I have access to the YourOnlineCPD if I am a member of UKDentalCourses?
    Some UKDC memberships grant free access to the YourOnlineCPD's courses. If you need further information or assistance, please contact us.
  • What is your refund policy?
    If for any reason you're not satisfied with our services, you should contact us directly to look at your request. Having said that, in line with our terms and conditions, we generally do not have a refund policy, especially if a candidate has completed a course and already received the certificate.
  • What type of courses do you provide?
    Our courses cater to a wide range of professionals: educators like teachers, tutors, lecturers, and management personnel, medical professionals like doctors and dentists, their associated teams, and many other fields.
  • Can I access this course from other countries?
    Yes, anyone can access our online courses globally. We haven't imposed any restrictions. However, some countries may have limitations on accessing certain websites due to their own laws.
  • I need a specific course. Where can I find it?
    All courses currently available are pre-recorded. We're constantly developing new content. If you can't find the course you're looking for, please reach out to us with your request. We aim to accommodate such requests within 10 working days.
  • How long is the membership plan?
    All memberships come with a minimum one-year compulsory term.
  • How much does a course cost?
    Course costs vary based on several factors, such as course length and type. The price and duration of each course are displayed prior to registration.
  • Is YourOnlineCPD's course attendance verifiable?
    Yes, we maintain attendance records and can verify your participation for external organizations upon request.
  • When can I enrol in a course?
    Candidates can register and start a course at any time.
  • How do I receive my certificate?
    Those who complete the course and pass the test with a score of more than 70% will automatically receive their certificate.
  • Are there any prerequisites for your courses?
    Each course may have its own prerequisites, which will be outlined in the course description. Please check before registering.
  • How long does each course take to complete?
    Each course varies in length, depending largely on rules and regulatory requirements.
