Certificates are released automatically once you complete the course. If you haven't received yours, it could be due to one of these reasons:
Email Issues:
You might have blocked our emails, so you're not receiving messages from us.
The email might be in a folder you don't usually check, like your junk or spam folder. This depends on your email provider.
Incomplete Registration: You might not have fully completed the course registration, or the information you provided might be incorrect, preventing the system from issuing a certificate.
If you've checked these things and still haven't received your certificate, please fill out the contact form, and we'll help you as soon as possible
