Yes, anyone can access our online courses globally. We haven't imposed any restrictions. However, some countries may have limitations on accessing certain websites due to their own laws.
Some UKDC memberships grant free access to the YourOnlineCPD's courses. If you need further information or assistance, please contact us.
Each course may have its own prerequisites, which will be outlined in the course description. Please check before registering.
From time to time, we may have special offers or discounts available. It's best to subscribe to our newsletter or frequently check our website for updates.
Those who complete the course and achieve the required score on the test will automatically receive their certificate a few minutes after completion.

All memberships come with a minimum one-year compulsory term.

Certificates are dispatched automatically upon course completion. If you haven't received yours, it might have been directed to your spam or junk mail. Alternatively, there might have been an error in the email address provided during registration. Please contact us for assistance in such cases.
All courses currently available are pre-recorded. We're constantly developing new content. If you can't find the course you're looking for, please reach out to us with your request. We aim to accommodate such requests within 10 working days.
Yes, we maintain attendance records and can verify your participation for external organizations upon request.
Yes, we offer membership plans which allow you to access courses at reduced prices. Please refer to our membership page for details. If you're a member of UKDC, note that some memberships also cover the YourOnlineCPD. Contact us if you have further queries.
Our courses cater to a wide range of professionals: educators like teachers, tutors, lecturers, and management personnel, medical professionals like doctors and dentists, their associated teams, and many other fields.
If for any reason you're not satisfied with our services, you should contact us directly to look at your request. Having said that, in line with our terms and conditions, we generally do not have a refund policy, especially if a candidate has completed a course and already received the certificate.
Candidates can register and start a course at any time.
Certificates are released automatically once you complete the course. If you haven't received yours, it could be due to one of these reasons:

You might have blocked our emails, so you're not receiving messages from us.
The email might be in a folder you don't usually check, like your junk or spam folder. This depends on your email provider.
Incomplete Registration: You might not have fully completed the course registration, or the information you provided might be incorrect, preventing the system from issuing a certificate.
